🤝 We've teamed up with Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust & Historic England to explore affordable housing conversion.
Due to high tides the River Tyne breached its bank this afternoon near the Swing Bridge causing some surface flooding, however the water is now receding. The footpath and cycle route are being reopened and a clean-up operation is underway.
