The four final outs of the Braves clinching the National League East, National League Division Series, National League Championship, and the World Series.
Raisel Iglesias strikes out Amed Rosario, Braves win, Ronald Acuña Jr. waves goodbye to Dodgers fans, hits the Griddy, tells them they're too small, and then waves again.
The pregame show did a segment interviewing the players about Jorge Soler's game 6 home run. During the segment, Dansby said his favorite part was Fried not celebrating and sitting there "like a psychopath". You can spot Max sitting in the bottom right corner.
Ronald Acuña Jr. was just on IG Live and according to our resident bilingual r/Braves user, he said:
- He won't miss Freddie Freeman.
- They had friction.
- Freeman didn't care when he was plunked.
- He was overbearing.
- He wasn't someone Ronald could talk to ever.
The Mets losing four of the last six to the Nationals, Pirates, and Marlins would only be embarrassing if their fans talked smack about the Braves only beating bad teams earlier in the season and I'm sure that didn't happen.
Remember when the Mets basically only needed to win one game in their final series against the Braves to win the division, but instead got swept?
That was hilarious.
I need a clip of Travis chanting “ice cream” to Kenley and Matt after the game, or anyone else just happy about the ice cream in the high five line

Exactly one year ago, Dansby Swanson and Jorge Soler hit back-to-back jacks which was enough to propel the Braves to a victory and gave them a 3-1 game lead over the Astros in the World Series.
In the last 68 years, only three seasons have been played without Henry Aaron, Dale Murphy, Chipper Jones, or Freddie Freeman.
It’s Ronald Acuña Jr.’s team now.

So, Ozzie Albies took guaranteed generational wealth to make sure his mother was taken care of after a career-risking injury. Sounds like a win/win situation for Ozzie Albies and the Braves.
