Cavan District Court Judge this morning threw out 20 cases against people who had 'failed to pay their TV Licenses'.
He said that in light of recent 'shenangians' he could not in good conscience impose a fine on 20 individuals!

Growing up in Ireland 🇮🇪 our taught history is SO Western Europe centric. Friends from Poland 🇵🇱 Lithuania 🇱🇹 and Romania 🇷🇴 have often had to teach me actual European history. Still learning 👍

Of course we would/should/do. But we cannot ignore children being used as an experiment in relation to medication and physical life changing surgery. And it is experimental, by definition, because there is insufficient research and data collation over the long term.
