When we bought Pudgy Penguins, we wrote a story and told everyone what our intentions were.

I’m at licensing expo and the 10th person walked by the booth whispering “ omg it’s the reels I send you all the time, I love these penguins” making me feel some type of way.
Key learnings this year while growing Pudgy Penguins (and running a business in general)👇
1) Be with community, not above
2) Be active on socials. Engage with your existing supporters and educate your future ones.
3) Accept criticism and feedback, iterate accordingly.
