A good example of confusing correlation & causation. This study actually found that people with lower cancer rates do a lot of things: They smoke less, drink less, have lower BMIs, higher incomes & education, engage in regular exercise *and* buy organic.

An important new paper in JAMA Psychiatry found that lifting weights can lift your mood, ultimately helping to ease or stave off depression. Anecdotally, I am not surprised. I often wake up feeling energized the morning after a challenging weights session.
