Good point. I actually suspect it's usage will drop, no doubt being replaced by something else or a new version of itself.
I've found it not very useful in doing some basic things while programming. High failure rate, so I already don't use it very often.

There are always ways to destroy them using cold (cryolipolysis) or heat via targeting (RF lipolysis or laser lipolysis), which is pretty cool! Each carries some risks, though. Unfortunately no perfect method.
