I recently sat next to a man who, rightfully, used both middle armrests, but the decided to annex my leg and seat space. I tried to point out he needed to stay within the bounds of his seat, which did not work. Then I used his arm as my armrest, which worked beautifully 😂

I don't know if I should point out to the school Ramadan has been acknowledged, there was a whole column in the school paper about the Jesus aspect of Easter, they got information about Chanukah wrong last winter, didn't acknowledge Passover, and completely blanked Yom haShoah

I teach Jewish religious school & had to show a movie re a bar mitzvah to kids who were preparing for theirs. A boy surprise kisses a girl in the film, the girl did not like it, & my students, no matter how they identify, were pissed off by the lack of consent. It gave me hope.

In ref to Passover: It actually DOES matter whose holiday it is, quite a bit. Leave it to a Cultural Christian to strip a Jewish holiday of it's Judaism, hand it over to the Christians, and then tell us, "it doesn't matter because the holiday I don't understand is bad anyway."
