19 year old Justin Shields was recovered this afternoon. FWC, FSUPD and LCSO discovered him in a wooded area, miles away from the main roadway, Old Magnolia Road. He was dehydrated but is expected to recover....

ARRESTED!! Weldn Richard Powell, 17 y/o male, arrested this afternoon in connection with today's shooting at the Bank of America on Thomasville Rd. Mr. Powell is charged with: robbery, attempted murder, possession of a firearm by a delinquent and a warrant out of Palm Beach Cnty.

Today we remember the life and service of LCSO K9 Koda, whose watch ended January 31, 2013. Koda served the LCSO with his handler, Deputy Ronn McMullen. While they were responding to a call, Koda was shot by the suspect during an exchange of gunfire.
