For anyone who may want this, here's what Rayman's R3 model looks like in default stance... Most 3D model rips of this particular character model aren't properly proportioned & often skewed due to 3D screen ripping software.
Rendered this out in case I ever needed it personally

It seems that the plan for this has come to an honestly exciting juncture, Spongebob will now be receiving a fully custom moveset.
I'll be providing creative insight as well as assets for the mod, I've actually been working on his new 3D model for the project as I type this out

I stumbled upon a dumped E3 2006 Ubisoft Press Kit that contained a few files pertaining to the Rayman Raving Rabbids prototype, among the files are a few high quality screenshots and the press document given away at the E3 booth.

Such a gorgeous piece from long time Rayman veteran artist Éric Pelatan, I believe they've been around since the very first game & have always been a signature force into crafting together Rayman's visual identity.
One of those folks I've attempted to reach out to but no dice.

One of my favorite “player 2’s/second bananas” has to be Globox, such a cute yet goofy design for a character.
I often think of his Rayman 2 & Arena self as the one that captures my heart the most given that he’s a family man that while cowardly is brave when needed. 💙

As a treat to people here on the internet here's some of the highest quality images available of Stephen Hillenburg's Spongebob Squarepants conceptual artwork via my own copy of the book Spongebob Exposed without the text attached.
Had these on my hard drive for a while now.
After feedback was given to me I've changed Geno's eyes to have less inward depth and provide him with 2D hand painted pupils & outlined eye rings to better mimic the original promotional render artwork from back in the day.
It provides stronger clarity/illustration appeal.

The cancelled game I think about the most undoubtedly has to be Crash Bandicoot 2010/Landed, such a gorgeous visual aesthetic with intriguing game design potential that didn’t ever end up fully realized in a complete state.
An inspiration to me as an artist & game designer.🙏💜

I've been taking a break from modeling Super Meat Boy related material to go back and refine Geno. I've mainly been beveling out certain forms that were once sharp to better bounce off of Mario's current modern day redesign philosophies alongside other proportional fixes.
Here's some footage of what remains of Rayman's prototype character controller thanks to the work of Got4n.
-The hookshot somewhat functions, it can attach to Rabbids & pigs. The latter can be flung and repositioned via a button press.
-Rayman's E3 fist dunk is also present.
Had it laying for 1+ year. Thanks to Droolie figuring out where the function was + what I've patched, this should make the scrapped prototype Rayman from Rayman 4 (in Rayman Raving Rabbids) playable on PC. Might aswell drop it directly! (no video)

This 3D model while mostly takes inspiration of the RRR conceptual artwork has elements of my own implemented (further rounded out R3 shoes, axed the R1-3 chin in favor of an Origins/Legends mouth flap, etc.)
Nervous to share images of this sculpt but here it goes, I've recently been sculpting a new design for Rayman in regards to my playable game project. They're mostly based on Rayman Raving Rabbids concept artwork done by Jacques Exertier.

That's actually Rikki Simmons without proper audio mixing & tune ups, I'd chalk this up to one of those aspects that isn't fine tuned yet due to it being an earlier build.
Right on the money to how they perform the voice at conventions & the like. =P
If people really want Rayman 2 to be ported to N64 Switch Online or Rayman 1-3 to receive a collection for Switch I’d recommend asking

No joke, I really dig Rayman’s visual character design in this production. Same with the core general idea of him being an enthusiastic television show host.
Pretty much feels akin to what would happen if his R3 self merged with his R2 design…

I must say that no, Winnie The Pooh was actually the project Phoenix worked on right before Rayman 4.
Right after it was when they were asked to make Rayman 4 actually as quite an unexpected surprise to Phoenix.
Believe me, those two would be friends and not enemies. =p
Rigging has now been implemented save for shape keys, pupil movement bones, & alternate costumes.
He seems pretty happy about something, perhaps it's something to do with an invite they received in the mail? Had a circular red gel stamp with two slashes through it...
