This is super important for how they relate to food. You want kids to see conscious eating as an aid in their wellbeing and not some sort of chore. You can do this by: - Allowing them to help plan meals. - Giving them a couple of options. (A food you want and a food you need)

First things first, dancing is a workout. And it doesn’t have to be choreographed or with other people. You can put on your favorite playlist and dance like no one is watching for 15 minutes day & night, it will relieve stress and give you one hell of a workout.

Maybe you just don’t truly have extra time. You are working a full time job and then giving your all to playing with your kids and preparing them for the night. Make your time with your kids a workout (if you can). Freeze counts as a workout. So is dancing to YouTube videos.
