A podcast discussing topics centered around body positivity, culture, Blackness, social media’s impact on how we see our bodies, and nudism with non nudists.
Although
#Naturism
can be practised alone, for most people naturism is a very social activity. Shedding our clothes also causes us to be less defensive. Naturists say that they find people far more friendly & open at Naturist events than other gatherings
My desire is to have a studio/office where people can come and create with the freedom to dress or undress how they please. Thanks
@martin_desnudo
for the inspiration!
Sometimes I wished I lived across the pond so I could hang out with these cool people who also happen to be nudist “goals” for me. I love seeing great people connect.
Let’s talk about…ERECTIONS!!!
I recently polled a group of non nudist men about what would keep them away from trying a nude beach/event, mostly all of them said a fear of becoming erection would be a barrier.
it.
Are erections really bad
If so, Why? 🤔
Happy World Naked Gardening Day everyone! I’ve never been fortunate to have a garden but this holiday has also reminded me to take a moment to get outside and find ways to connect with nature, naked!
Shoutout to this brave soul for posting! The comments really prove how necessary our nudist platforms are in this world. We all have bodies and they look different.
I wonder why people are so comfortable talking about what others have? It’s kinda weird if you ask me.
I buy warehouses in the city and create nude recreation spaces in the heart of major metropolitan areas. I’ve been hearing that location has been a barrier many face in trying to get involved in nudism. I think by bringing nude spaces to the city, I could help with that
🤔
Late start tomorrow, guess what that means?
I’m going to be naked all morning and i can’t be more excited about it.
Being a nudist in a clothed world SUCKS, so I celebrate every moment I get to be nude during the day.
This post has caused some really interesting convos in my group chats in which I’m one of the only nudists. It seems like people are curious about exploring nude spaces, especially if they are safe and away from judgement.
How are we creating welcoming spaces for non nudists?
I really want to connect with whoever is in charge of marketing for the Big Nude Boat leaving out of Miami next year! The amount of text messages, DMs, etc from my non nudist friends has been crazy!
I’d love to actually go on one of these trips someday.
Had a really interesting conversation with my parents about nudism. They definitely have to be guests on the podcast at some point.
Hilarious to say the least 😂
Swimming trunks and bathing suits have never made sense to me! Like EVER 😂 even before I was a nudist, the idea of having clothes on to get wet was weird
“Be the person you wish you had in your corner back when you first started your journey!”
My friends always come through with exactly the encouragement I need. Podcasting is new and requires a level of vulnerability I’m not used to. Glad I have a solid team in my corner.
I often think about how different my life would be if I had grown up in a nudist family! Imagine having your parents reinforce the ideals of body positivity when going through puberty and starting to question things.
Outside of starting a podcast about nudism, it’s actually become a part of my daily conversation!
The podcast episodes are just a reflection of things I’m discussing with friends and family daily.
This was difficult when i first started opening up to family! When they would ask me about my plans for weekend, I would always make sure to mention if i was going to a nude beach to break the ice! Once i was able to share that, they were usually pretty open about nudism.
I posted about my podcast on my primary page yesterday and the most engagement from friends was the most I've ever gotten. I. hope they're ready for these episodes!
My boss told me to go home for the rest of the day. I don’t think I’ve ever made it home and got naked faster than what I did just now.
10 minutes from my office to my basement!
I spent years hiding a major part of myself from friends and family! I never want to hide again. Podcssting has me in a space of ultimate vulnerability and I love this for me.
Step out on faith and embrace what freedom looks like for you!

Recording two episodes today! Getting closer to my goal to launch. Planning to set a hard deadline this week. Looking forward to announcing the launch date soon…
Podcasting is my new “thing”! For those who know me, anything that I’m extremely passionate about, I will go all out to master it.
This morning I’m finding joy in all the work I’m doing to make my vision a reality! Thank you for sharing in this space of joy for me.
This week I’m committing to starting anything I think of. The way to fight self doubt is to be unapologetic about doing things you’ve doubted you could.
Like what’s the worse that can happen, right?
I was having a conversation with a friend who stated that being naked makes them feel weird. Of course we had to unpack this
Here the thing, if you only spend time naked for sex and showering so can see why casually being nude would be weird.
I’ve been the friend who had a lot to say but didn’t always speak up when given the opportunity out of fear some wouldn’t receive my message.
In my 30s, I am starting to care less about what others think about me or what I’m into.
This podcast is for me first!
Finding my voice has truly been a journey and something that means a lot to me.
Thanks to everyone who has decided to click the follow button supporting me without content yet.
What if all nudist brands/orgs had a group chat where we could just talk and share ways we could support each other?
Or does this already exist and I’m just not aware? 👀🤔
Just gained a future follower! I’m on a Bear With Me meetup tour. Having casual conversations with friends over coffee about nudism and body positivity. Catch me in traffic
My mantra for 2024 has been “just go for it!”
Anything I really want and am passionate about, I’m just going for it! That looks like starting a podcast talking about nudism, applying for a higher paying job, booking the vacation I’ve been putting off for months.
Why is society so fearful of bodies in one capacity yet fine with the same bodies in another?
I can’t wait to talk about topics like this more on the podcast!
BARE With Me!
Shoutout to my friend, Kerry for posting this! I’m so inspired to continue this conversation.
@TrueBlueNude
No problem! It’s my pleasure. I know you’re the best candidate for the job. I look forward to supporting you as you continue to help AANR grow.
